We are committed to advocating for policies and programs that promote the growth and success of minority-owned businesses in South Dakota. Our advocacy efforts focus on creating an unbiased voice that encourages entrepreneurship and removes barriers to entry for minority business owners.

South Dakota Black Chamber of Commerce provides a variety of programs to support minority business owners. These programs include networking opportunities, business planning workshops, and training programs to help minority business owners build their skills and knowledge.

We believe that community engagement is key to promoting the growth and success of minority-owned businesses. That's why we work closely with community partners to provide resources, support, and training to minority business owners. We also participate in community events and initiatives to help raise awareness of the importance of minority-owned businesses.

Financial Literacy & Tools

Services for Minority Business Owners

We understand that financial literacy is key to the success of any business. That's why we offer a range of financial education and training programs to help minority business owners build their financial management portfolio. Our tools include access to financing, credit counseling, and financial planning resources.

Through the affiliations of the National Black Chamber of Commerce and the United States Black Chamber of Commerce, our members gain access to a wealth of resources, expertise, and networking opportunities on a national scale. From mentorship programs and funding opportunities to advocacy initiatives and educational resources, the plethora of offerings provided by these esteemed organizations equips our members with the tools they need to thrive in business and beyond.

Workshops and Training

We offer a variety of workshops and training programs to help minority business owners build their skills and knowledge. Our workshops cover a range of topics, including marketing, financial management, and business planning. We also provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to help minority business owners achieve their goals.
