The South Dakota Black Chamber of Commerce is an affiliate member of the National Black Chamber of Commerce and the United States Black Chamber of Commerce providing advocacy, financial literacy, access to capital, programs, and services for minority business owners in Sioux Falls, Rapid City, Brookings, Aberdeen & Watertown.
